Ông Lắm?

“I think a better question is who is Ông Lắm? Ông Lắm (my father) is my inspiration and motivation. Without him and his lifetime of hard work, I would not be where I am today. Even though he is no longer physically here, I always think of him as my role model, especially when it comes to my craft and business endeavors. With that, this concept, “Ông Lắm Bistro”, is in memory of him”
